Am I ready to change myself? How do I return to softness again? The answers are in our actions.
Doesn’t matter how old we are, or what we’ve experienced, it’s always possible to renew ourselves.
It would be a sorry life if each day was the same.
Every breath, every lesson, every fall is a chance to re-birth a new you.
Some days we stand in the midst of a violent storm. Flying debris hitting us from all sides. The only thing we seek is to stand strong and rooted to the ground.
In those moments we have to remind ourselves of those times in the past when we set the world on fire with our passion. Where everything was in sync, our mojo was a palpable force and we felt like we were floating on air.
We will be stripped by life at times but still we remain whole. We will always desire to be more than we are.
Sometimes fear holds us in the storm and sometimes we use that fear to light up our greatest creations.
Moment to moment everything changes.
How or where do you believe in yourself first - mind, heart, soul? What about your gut instinct - the one where your body feels lighter after a good decision or where you feel tingles all over telling you something is not right?
